In Lyon, Antoine, twenty, has alienated a bunch of lowlifes to whom he owes money. Tired of his trafficking of all kinds, his mother and his older brother decided to send him to St. Stephen with his father, Vincent, he has not seen for many years. Upon arrival, Antoine discovers that Vincent holds a weight room, he began bodybuilding and it intensively preparing for a bodybuilding contest. The reunion between father and son, are total opposites, are difficult and strained. Vincent will still accept Antoine works for him to help him get out of trouble in which he started. For his part, Antoine will gradually learn to discover and respect the life that his father chose.
